What's the earliest you were able to see your baby and hear a heartbeat?

Every baby is different! Please don't freak out if you don't hear a heartbeat when another lady said she heard hers! I was trying to get an earlier appointment from my doctor (I'll be 9 weeks by the time it happens) and the nurse said "Every baby is different! We want to be 100% sure that when you come in we can hear the heartbeat or you're going to freak out more!" (At least that's what she said in my mind!)
