Pregnant with period?

If there a chance you could still get your period if your pregnant? How?

My mom said she bled for the first 5 months of her pregnancy

Same boat! I know its not technically a period tho! But I know women who do bleed the time thier period would be due every month! Its crazy Im trying to figure out if this is what happened to me as well this month took a pregnancy test it was a faint positive then had what I thougt was a period but nowbim still having pregnancy symptoms! Im going to retest tonight!
