Sore legs ?????

Hi ladies weird question but I'm only 6 weeks and 1 day an tonight I went to go scratch my upper thigh and it hurt and felt like my whole upper thigh on both legs were bruised ??? Like tender  didn't feel like when you work out and there tired and sore from over working them they felt fine until I touch them  ... Walking and everything feels fine didn't notice till I go to touch them or scratch them ...  Am I crazy or have any of you ladies have this ?!
