Subchorionic Bleed

I was told by my doctor yesterday during my 6 week ultrasound that I have a subchorionic bleed. I did my research and know that most of these go away or reabsorb but there is a chance of bleeding and a risk of miscarrying. Does anyone else have one? This is my second pregnancy. I'm really trying to stay positive and not stress out, help me stay positive!
