Can reduced movement mean labor soon?

I'm 37 weeks and baby is already stationed at -3 but I feel like he dropped even more. And he's not moving as much, he's only moved 6 times all day... If he doesn't move as much tomorrow I'm going in.

I would say that would be cause for concern! They say they should be moving at least 5-10 times every hour! I would go in asap!!!
