The father of my child and I have split and I don't plan on being in a relationship for long time just focus on my son. I don't want any more kids for at least 3 years and maybe then if I met the right person.. so should I get on birth control after I have my son or not? Does birth control help with post parturm or effect breast feeding? I haven't been on any birth control in 3 years so it's not something I would be use to anyways i also wouldn't even know what kind to go with either.. I guess my main question is will birth control HELP me benefit me after my baby in anyway other than preventing more babies? I don't have painful periods and I'm always on time too.
