Help come up with a plan

I'm dating a guy who was two child by two different women but the act the same (childish and petty) t he y wouldn't let him the kids along for any given time becouse they don't like and see he doesn't have to be get them to know how their doing or to be see them. So he told them to come up with a plan with a time and place so he could spend time with them (I don't want he over their house becouse BM#1 always jumps on him and they both can't be trusted and are sneaky). Trying to come up with a meeting place and time any suggests besides going through court.
