I'm late

Was going to pick up my pack yesterday but they said the pharmacy was closed for the weekend. I'm supposed to start my new pack today (Sunday) but won't be able to get the pack till Monday. Is it okay to take both pills at the same time? Will it mess me up since I'm starting a new pack?
