Pregnant with dialated milk ducts

I get Lumps here and there on my right boob and right under the nipple it gets really hard. I'm starting too worry that it won't stop and I'm not going too be able too breastfeed my baby. Has anyone had trouble with this? & your outcome. Please & thank you.
