Tailbone pain

Ever since I delivered my little girl I have had severe tailbone pain. I had trouble the first 2 weeks sitting,driving, and when I would stand there was horrible pressure. My LO will be 3 weeks old on Tuesday. I thought it was getting better, but now I feel pain again when sitting not when I stand though. I thought it was one of those things I just had to wait to heal. During my labor I felt and heard a crack. I am wondering if it's related. I was thinking of trying my chiropractor first for help. Any other ladies deal with this?
