Anyone else nervous having sex?

Question

I've read everywhere that it is safe to have sex while you're pregnant but for some reason I am just really nervous. This obviously makes sex not too enjoyable when I'm worried that we'll hurt the baby. I had a miscarriage last October so I think I'm just paranoid -- does anyone else feel like this?

I always get nervous as well and check to see if I am bleeding after. So far there hasn't been any.

Me, I used to bleed a little after sex when I wasn't pregnant so I'm terrified sex will bring on bleeding. My husband also won't go near me, He's too scared. This is our 1st.

Before I got pregnant. I was addicted to sex. Everyday. Morning, lunch break and night. Now that I'm pregnant it's such a turn off. I don't even call my baby father for it anymore.  I had sex one time since I found out. And that one time I didn't even enjoy it. Because I didn't want it.

I honestly cramp after sex (missionary ) and the doctor said it was totally normal so long as I don't bleed. So when we try just different positions that make me feel more comfortable afterwards . My poor SO isn't keen on the idea of sex till we are further along

My dr told my husband and I we can't have sex until after the first trimester :( only because I have a subchorionic bleed. Unless your dr says not to, it's perfectly safe to!

I had sex all throughout my last pregnancy with no issues. So far I am 6 weeks and we have only done it twice since we found out, but that's more because I have been feeling horrible with all the nausea and fatigue. Be aware that many women do have spotting after sex, but ONLY because the cervix is now more sensitive. Sex will not harm the baby and will not affect the pregnancy unless you have other issues (severe bleeding, high blood pressure) already. Just take it easy and find what is comfortable to you!

I was nervous too, having had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and premature labor at 16 weeks due to incompetent cervix. But we went ahead, gently, since I won't see my Dr for another 3 weeks, and I didn't have any cramping or spotting. I avoid letting myself have a really strong orgasm though, because that causes cramping.

Yea I'm scared to death that I'll hurt the baby this is my 3rd but we lost a baby in July so I'm paranoid
