Yeast Infections

Ever since I got the IUD inserted back in October 2015 i been getting a yeast infection every month. My doctor said the IUD is not what is causing the infection since I had the 10year one (non hormonal). In January 2016 i decided to remove the IUD because of the infections and excessive discharge. When i took it off everything was great. But now... It seems like i have another yeast infection coming. This is so frustrating and uncomfortable. Any ideas what might be causing the infection? Thoughts? Opinions?
