I'm due for AF Monday the 28th what are the best days for me to get pregnant how many days do I count out

So feb 28 was your last and you are due april 1st.  That would be a 31 day cycle this month.  Do you know about what day of your cycle you ovulate?  Or go by the 14 day average and count back from april 1.  Which puts you around the 18th so id start around the 14th... but that also means its already passed.  Its really important to track your own personal cycle to watch for signs that your cycle is at specific spots.  Your window won't be the same as anyone else's and it might not even be the same month to month.

It really depends on a couple of things.  How long are your cycles normally and do you know when you normally ovulate?  If you ovulate on day 17 you should start bd around day 14.  I ovulate on day 21 of 34 so i start around day 18.  If you are unsure of when you ovulate you can work off the average of 14 and count forward your normal cycle length ans then backward from there 14 days.  Add 2 or 3 days to that.  But it is all guess work really.

You should really chart your cycles daily to really learn/know when you are in fact ovulating. Buy a Basal Body Thermometer to track your temps daily upon waking up. Keep track of your Cervical Fluid.. Those 2 will help you pin-point ovulation.. If you're not doing this then you're just guessing. To accurately time BD you must know when you're most fertile. HTH
