First Pregnancy and worried...

I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I had to go into the ER yesterday due to severe bleeding and cramping. Got several exams and an ultrasound that confirmed that my baby was still in my uterus and I hadn't miscarried. But the doctor said I'm still at a 50% chance of losing my baby and there's really nothing I can do to prevent it. I'm still bleeding but not as bad as yesterday And the cramps are still going on. I have a follow up tomorrow.

I'm really excited about this baby and I would be heartbroken to have a miscarriage.
