Same time for the pill???

What do they mean by same time for the pill. At the exact time, or give or take an hour. I'm just nervous and don't want to do something wrong.

Answer

They usually mean the exact same time but as long as you take it within a hour before or after, you'll be fine. I set an alarm on my phone to alert me so I wouldn't forget. So don't worry if you take it ten minutes late or twenty minutes late. A hour after is usually good for it to be still very effective!
