Advise please !

The beginning of this cycle I had an hsg done since we have been trying to conceive for 13 months. The test showed no blockages ... well the day my period was due I took a clearblue digital and it came back not pregnant. I was having very small pieces of cm tmi but it was thick and only when I wiped. Typically when my period arrives I have loads of watery cm. Here I am now 3 days late and no cm and im terrified to take another test. I am so tired I've had cramps just when I try to eat and my boobs are just a little sore.
