6dpo and tested emergency advise

I don't know how to feel. I've been ttc for 12 months. It was unsuccessful so We took an 10 month break and just started again this month. I'm 6 dpo according to my cycle and day of ovulation and to the glow chart. I don't know what to believe if my eyes are playing tricks on me!!! Could this be it ? Or some cruel horrible joke ? Please share ladies!
