I was hoping i could get some help from some of you?

So on thursday i went to the obgyn to get checked out for a weird yeast infection type symptom. I got tested for BV and yeast also std..so i ended up getting a call from the nurse and she told me i came up negative for BV and yeast because it was probably too soon or too late to see it and the std was nothing to worry about because my symptoms were different than a std. So she gave me some pills to treat the infection I've been taking them but i have been getting this really bad irritation down there it hurts so bad like when you skid your knee type of pain and im scared! Idk what to think because im getting discharge and this cottage cheese type of stuff like a lot of it! And also I've had a yeast infection before and it is not the same as last time. Please help me figure out whats wrong with me this is driving me crazy. Sorry for the long post but I'm in serious need of help at this point :( I'm 21 and only had one yeast infection happen in my life so far :(
