C section or natural?

Just curious about some women's delivery. Did you have a c section or did you deliver naturally? If you had a c section, how was the procedure and your recovery?

I had an unplanned c section due to preeclampsia. 
The surgery wasn't bad, grated I don't remember much because I was on Magnesium Sulfate to lower my blood pressure.

I'm at 4weeks pp and it's not too bad. I have pains here and there, but I just take it as a sign to take it easy.

I had ac section with my first. But I was put out for it so I can't say much about the procedure. The first week or so of recovery sucked. Like any surgery the pain gets less over time. But I was super bloated/swollen. Some from average post partum and some from the amount of fluids they give you during surgery. Even my maternity clothing was tight! I also hated how restricted I was. I remember they said I could only go up and down the stairs once a day. We have a two story house so that was tough. Im debating between vbac and c section for my 2nd (due October). The restricted movement with a toddler is a huge reason I'd like to avoid it.

I naturally delivered at home in a birthing pool, no meds :) my labour was 40hrs. Glad i wasn't in labour as they would not havthen.q happy and would have been pushing any sort of "help" they wanted to give to me and even c section by then.

I have had two csections. I started out natural and got his head pushed out but the doctor wasn't comfortable so I went under and woke up and he was born. With my second I was awake and had an epidural drip which is not the same as a regular epidural. With my son I had pain meds for the first few hours before I asked them to take it out I checked myself out of the hospital that day and went to the hospital my son was transferred to. With my daughter I got to be with her the whole time. The actual worst part of a csection is sneezing. I had no physical pain it was more itchy and when I coughed or sneezed I could feel my muscles pull a bit. But I was up walking around within 24 hours. Some people take a week or so to be able to walk. It is different according to your body.

I was induced and delivered vaginally. Went in at 12 am and had my baby by 8:32 am. Very fast!

Had a c section with my first. Scar healed easily with no complications BUT 3 days after c section I caught an infection and the pulling and stuff since it was an emergency c section ended up damaging me within and I was in so much pain for 3 months where I was put on naproxen  (painkiller ) and had to use a crutch to walk.
