I wish I knew haha I read so many different things! Every other day vs everyday. I honestly don't think it matters and comes down to luck. My plan is all 5-6 days of fertile window. Why not haha good luck!

My doctor told me daily ejaculation doesn't harm sperm quality & numbers. So, my husband and I went and BD'd almost everyday that I wasn't on my period when we were TTC. I got pregnant on my third cycle. Some people say sperm needs to build back up but my doctor told me that's not actually true.

It doesn't affect sperm to bd every day. We did it every day of my fertile window and I'm pregnant.
