Vivid terrible dreams?

I am 9 weeks 3 days and am hoping for better sleep tonight. I had absolutely horrid dreams last night. I think mostly because I was hot but I hate it. Does it happen to y'all? Anyone have suggestions for better sleep?

I forgot this part of pregnancy. A week after finding out I was pregnant, they started again!

I've been having the most horrific nightmares for the past two week. Very gory, very violent. Really hoping they let up soon.

I had a dream last night that I was peeing blood like just pure blood.. It was so scary. I keep having dreams about bleeding & things and it makes me so afraid I'll miscarry.

Yeah I had a dream that I shot my dog. I can't even explain to you how much I love my pup! It was such an awful realistic dream! I kept apologizing to him when I woke up!

I have multiple vivid dreams a night and they ate never good dreams!!

I can't really vote because I rarely dream, and when I do it is hard to remember them. I don't think I have dreamed this pregnancy so far. But I do get a few rare dreams that are so vivid and out there that I will always remember them. Lol.
