Please help..is this a boy?(penis or umbilical cord)

We had our gender party then got this as proof...does this really look like boy parts? With my son's you could tell right away by the way it looks but I find this one looks odd and there is umbilical cord right above it which makes me wonder more....is its actually boy parts? To me it doesn't resemble a turtle like my other 2 boys. This baby was also lying breach position

Boy. The turtle look doesn't work in this position. That's when they are like upside down with their legs bent. From this angle it wouldn't look like a turtle, and this is a boy 💙😊

This is pretty blurry on my phone, but my Dr. confirmed a girl at 17w due to the presence of 3 small white dots in the region of the genitals.  Maybe if you can or cannot see that? I should have asked for a picture, but as he's been the head of OBGYN medicine for 15+ years and has always been very technical in his explanations of how he can tell things so I trust him - had never head about the white dots before!
