Sore Breasts CD 28

First... I have a slightly longer cycle 30ish days and fairly irregular.

Now... I've had a couple cycles while TTC where I got very sore breasts shortly after ovulation. Much to my disappointment end in AF. This cycle I have had no noticeable symptoms until today my breasts are very sore and now that I think about it I'm having some strange discharge for this time in my cycle... Kinda like EGCM but a little creamier... Sorry TMI. Again I'm CD 28 so I would be 3w5 or so.

Any opinions?
