Nipple pain?

Alright I am 30 weeks and 3 days. I have been having shooting pains in both my nipples. No discharge that I've noticed anyways. Any of you gals have this?

Yes and I've had it almost my entire pregnancy. Dr says its normal and all I can do is put lotion/cream on them and ice them if I want. I feel like the ice makes it worse for me but the cream helps some. I rotate between honest and palmers
