Hi ladies, I'm in desperate need of advice from women with pcos who have successfully conceived and have children. I'm 22 and my fiancè and I have been TTC for six months and I think I finally did it but I'm not sure. I have all the classic symptoms, sore and tender breasts, missed period (I was due on the 15th or 16th and it's now the 20th and my cycle seems to refuse to begin.) fatigue and mood swings. I'm scared to even think I could have conceived because I'm afraid my pcos is to blame for all this, my question is, What symptoms did you have and how could you tell them apart from your normal pcos symptoms?
