Help. Any moms here?

Hi, I was on birth control for a while(depo).,then I switched to the pill and I kinda stop taking it. Anyway I had sex multiple time with out protection and I let him cum in me( I wanted a baby). So I had my period last week and I've been puking and getting nauseated. My breasts were growing and hurting a month and a half ago. And I've noticed it gets wet and cold. So I squeezed it and clearish liquid came out. Just beads of it. What so you guys think?
