Implantation bleeding (TMI)

So at 10DPO (Friday) I woke up to do my PT and when I wiped I had a medium amount of brown/red on the tissue but only when I wiped, but i have just had really light spotting and now Monday the day I was supposed to start I have nothing but I have had light cramps since 7 DPO. I thought I was my period but I normally have it for 6 days. And I really thought I was pregnant this month. 😭

My question is could that have been IB? Or was it just an odd period? I have just always heard IB was like spotting or super light.
