Inducing??

Those of u being induced earlier than due date how do u get to induce?? Did u ask or was it something else?? Please let me know

Before due date induction should only be for medical reasons. Actually all induction should be medically necessary, otherwise baby should come naturally when it is ready and triggers the labour to begin

With my son (3.5 years ago) I was induced at 39+3. My SPD was excruciating. I absolutely could not take the pain anymore. I got in touch with the on call doc at the hospital, begged to be induced. They called it a mercy induction. This time I'm having twins so I'll be induced at 38 weeks if they haven't come on their own by then. More than likely they won't come early because I have a very long cervix.

I'm being induced at 39 weeks, no medical reason. My doctor is out of town the week of my due date so I asked to be induced so she could deliver my son. If it's something you want, just ask at your next appointment.

I asked my dr he does electively at 39 wks..but since I have tok much fluid he is gnna Induce at 38 wks

I have gd and so my doc said they most likely won't let me go past my due date and may even induce earlier if he's measuring big. Kind of hope he tries to make his exit on his own though. I've heard mixed reviews about induction.

I mean I want to be induced earlier not to much earlier like 38 weeks, but if I don't get to I'm ok with waiting to it's not a big deal to me which one I do I was just wondering maybe I could idk yet I won't know but I'm going to talk to my doctor about it plus I still have a couple weeks left till I'm 38 weeks so I'll probably change my mind hehe
