Agnus castus/vitex 💜
I was diagnosed with luteal phase defect/low progesterone by my doctor previously. My luteal phase has always been 6 days since the start of last year. This month I started trying vitex since the day I ovulated and I'm now on 10dpo with no spotting/period yet! Fingers crossed for bfp this year 🙏🏻
