Cold/sickness in first trimester

Has anyone else gotten a cold or sickness in your first trimester. I'm almost 12 weeks I think (get ultrasound from doctor tomorrow) but Saturday evening/ Sunday morning I woke up with low fever, runny nose, coughing, scratchy throat and head and body aches. My fever only got above 100 to like 100.4 once or twice and I was able to get it done and keep it away with tylenol. My question to you if you have been sick like this what did you do? Should I worry about going to the doctor? Tips to help the sneezing. I know it's more than like caused by the awful change in weather we have had.
