I've been with him for 3 years

This man i love more than life is self but I feel that he doesn't love me the same I've done everything for this man I'm 31 and never been married and I can't raise a grown man help how can I stop loving someone that's ungrateful at times I feel used I treat him as if we're already married but he stills wants to sleep on his mom couch I have a good job my own house and car taking care of 3 Boys with no help in just so hurt and I feel lost advice please
