Garlic Supplements vs. Garlic Pills

Cheri • Wife to a sweet husband since 12/2014, boy mom to two spectacular young humans. baby boy.
Are any of you who are TTC currently on garlic supplements? I've read that garlic is safe during pregnancy but garlic supplements may not be. Any input on this?
