Still bleeding on Menstural Cup

So I bought a Menstural cup and this is my first time using it. Blood is still getting on my underwear even with it in. I've tried re-inserting it and feeling around the cup to see if it's properly inserted and I think it is. But the blood isn't getting only in the cup. What do I do? :/
