I'm around 10 weeks pregnant with my first baby so I have no idea what to expect. So far everything has been fine and I've had barely any symptoms so I guess I'm lucky? But I'm also concerned that things aren't maybe progressing as they should? Today I noticed slight brown discharge when I wipe after going for a wee. Should I be concerned? I've got my first midwife appointment this Wednesday.
