Video games are ruining my marriage

I'm at a loss as to what to do. My husband sits on his ass all day playing video games. He's a 30 year old grown ass man. I can't take it anymore. I've told him how I feel about it and he don't take me serious. Anyone have advice of a last ditch effort? I've tried the talking to him and it's not working!
