Help!

I had sex this weekend with this guy I've been talking too and he said he didn't cum inside me but you never know now a day he could be lying for all I know. I guess I'm just nervous because we didn't use a condom (stupid me) and I'm not on birth control. Has anybody been through this lol. Help ladies! 😩
