No I don't think so - it could be bloat. I BLEW UP!!! embarrassingly so.... I literally had a flat tummy. Abs and everything, (for my wedding. I conceived a week after my wedding). At 14 weeks (in the green shirt), I did a gender reveal photo and I was huge! Everyone teased me and it was so embarrassing. But now I'm 29 weeks and I'm not much bigger, if not smaller than 14 weeks!!! It was totally a massive amount of bloating at 14 weeks. This was me last weekend in the Grey shirt

Just look a little bloated. It'll go down around 11-13 weeks, which is when your uterus moves out from behind your pelvis.
