Anything to help with nausea?!

Best nausea remedies! Comes at all times. Please help!

I second the Diclegis recommendation. It's a new drug so lots of docs won't know about it unless you ask about it specifically, but research has found it to be super safe for pregnant women. My physician husband recommended it to me.

My Dr gave me diclecton. LOVE IT, it really helps me everyday. I take it 3 times a day and one before bed. Helps a lot.

My doctor told me to take 50mg of b6 in the morning and 50mg of b6 at night with a 25 mg unisom sleep tab. It's great!

This pregnancy I started out with Rainbow Light prenatal and they have helped A TON! They have B6, B12, ginger and red raspberry leaf so I haven't needed to take them ontop of everything else. They also have a probiotic and a gentle on the tummy iron which has also helped with the nuasea because I'm not constipated which would make it a lot worse with the last 3. Also have heard sea bands working for some. Peppermint hard candies helped with my first and lemon heads with my 2nd.

If you want natural, my midwife gave me a recipe for a syrup (for emergencies) and a tea. Also, I've got seabands brand ginger lozenges.

I haven't found anything 😔 I'll have a jolly rancher and it helps at the moment but it's back when it's gone
