Advice for first pregnancy!

Hi all, I found out on Friday I'm more than 3 weeks pregnant me and my partner are delighted & are keeping the child 😊

My doctor today just told me to hand in a sample if I wasn't happy with the 2 tests I had done at home and I left feeling kind of confused and lost, he didn't really tell me anything..

I've been looking online and what I can eat ect, im 22 this is my first and my mum isn't really around for me to ask questions.

I'm so sorry probably sound super super stupid please can someone tell me what the next stages are doctors wise? I just feel he hasn't given me any info I don't know if I'm worrying too soon but any advice is appreciated.
