Sorry everyone this is kinda gross, but I'm almost 5 weeks and ever since I found out I was pregnant, I've been sooo constipated 😭 is anyone else in the same boat? And what can help with this? I feel so miserable. I just wanna poop 😭😂 sorry again for the tmi.
