Pain? Nausea? Idk.

I started feeling pain in my upper belly like where the top of my uterus currently is. Not like stabbing pain i know baby is ok because he was very active a little bit ago. but its hard to explain and pressure like i.need to have a bowel.movement and nauseous and my head feels weird and it is all just very hard to.explain im alone with my three year old boy i cried in the bathroom for a few minutes while sitting on the toilet because thats the only thing that seemed to help a little was sitting on the toilet but nothing happened. Im trying to explain to my kid that mommy is hurting and i.need him to.be good but hes going through a horrible phase where its constant tantrums. I just wish my s/o was home so he could watch our kid so.i could try to relax a little but he works 12 hour nights. Tonight sucks
