3D ultrasound - worth it?

Question

What do you ladies think? Were debating on getting one. This is our second and never had one with or oldest. It would be optional for us and would have to go to a private business, pay out of pocket, etc. Those of you who've had it did you find it worth it and why?

I loved mine at 14_ weeks. I got a ten minute video of him just hanging out and moving around. It was awesome. We go on Friday for another at 30 weeks and we're so excited to actually see his face. Its such a calm relaxing environment and the owner was soooo super nice. Its just a happy time and Im glad we have the momento. The cost was 89 dollars and well worth it.

Meh. They offered it at our anatomy scan as part of the review and she didn't want to play along. I didn't feel like I missed anything. We won't be getting another.

I think they're neat looking, but they're not covered under my insurance and I just think it's more exciting to wait until we meet him face to face after his birth!

I got one  at 22weeks and very happy got to see my little miss and make sure shes still a she lol.. had a a4 photo print out of a mixture  of photos. And a cd and dvd of the whole ultrasound. Ive watched it a few times and i get so excited lol..cant wait for  her arrival  :) i too had to pay privately....
