There's honestly no other way I can explain it so sorry for the tmi

So I'm 32w3d and I've been having what I thought to be braxton hicks but I'm not so sure any more they're time-able but not if that makes any sense with a lot of pelvic pressure it honestly feels like my lady parts are being ripped open... has any one else had anything like this? And if so what did y'all do to relieve the pain? I only have a stand up shower so sadly a warm bath is out of the question 😭
