Im confused with the whole month thing im 30 weeks pregnant some websites say im 7 months pregnant and some say im 8 i dont understand

You're at the tail end of your 7th month, which means you're 7 months (2 months from your due date). Next week you will have started your 8th month, but you won't be "8 months pregnant" until you're closer to 35 weeks. You'll be "just over 7 months" or "7 and a half months" and what have you until the end of that month.
