Really embarrassed asking this but I'm 39 weeks and 4 days , I was trying to have a bowl movement and not much came out . When I went to wipe I noticed blood but I'm not sure from where . I wiped again and there was nothing . About 30 mins later i had a little gush of water come out . A few contractions here and there but mainly a lot of pressure . Not sure what to do .
