Anyone ever used aftera emergency contraceptive ?

My period is late 4 days according to eve. I'm freaking out my period was suppose to come last Friday but it didn't two days before I was suppose to have my period I got brown light red discharge like you would normally get when my period is ending so what does that mean any help?

Sometimes periods are just late and this can be due to stress, diet and environmental changes around you.

If you have had sex without a condom or birth control within the last 24 hours, it may be worth taking Plan B. If it has been longer than 3 days since you have had any unprotected sex then it is too late for Plan B, and you will need to perform a pregnancy test in two weeks, and then again a week later to rule out pregnancy.

Or, you can take some deep breaths, relax, and wait for your period to come. Sometimes they come late and sometimes they come early for no reason at all.
