Bloating
Hey gals!
So I've been drinking a lot of water lately. Like up to 3 liters daily. I think it's been helping with my bloating before my period. I'm on the pill too so I have noticed that it's been a bit better. But what do all of you guys do to resist the bloating? I read that the week of your period you're not supposed to drink any pop because the bubbles make you bloat so much more. Are there certain foods you guys eat to help reduce bloating? Is there chocolate that doesn't make you bloated? I love chocolate at all times. Hahah.
