Mirena for 2 1/2 years.
Hello! I had my mirena inserted in November of 2013. Before that i was on the shot for about 10 months and gained about 30 pounds so i wanted to switch.
With the shot i quit getting my period and when i got the mirena it continued. So i havent have a period in over 3 years. Which is amazing!
Every now and then with the mirena i have noticed that if i have a lot of sex right in a row that i'll get pretty bad cramping.
And now the past two months its almost like i'm getting my period. I have acne and mood swings then i'll get spotting for a day or two and severe cramping for three to seven days. Just wondering what some of you ladies thought and if maybe i should go get it checked out? Thanks!
