I am due in August and and have started looking into daycares and nannies in Manhattan, which are astonishingly expensive ($2000-4000/month). Has anyone been doing similar research and come across reasonable solutions? I've heard that sharing a nanny with one or two other babies is a fairly cost effective option, but don't know the best way to get in touch with other interested parents. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
