I can't open my mouth wide enough!

So I have finally found out why I battle so much to give head. My jaw literally doesn't open enough. I been having jaw pain for ages and finally saw a specialist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I am unable to even fit 3 fingers width in my mouth. Had physio and just doesn't help. He says he won't do anything about my wisdoms till my jaw can open. MRI scan shows a tear in one of my TM joints. I had an injection into my TMJ in theatre but still didn't help. Now have to use a gum guard for the next 6 months or so to see if that helps. But seriously I battle to bite into a sandwich!

Anyhow now that I know what the problem is what else can I do besides blowjobs. I wanna spice things up with my hubby but don't know how.
